Refund policy
At Two Wheel Kids, we understand that plans can change. Our goal is to make sure you never lose your investment when enrolling in one of our camps or clinics.
No Refunds – 100% Transferable Credit
All registrations and purchases for Two Wheel Kids camps and clinics are non-refundable. However, you will never lose your investment.
If you are unable to attend your scheduled camp or clinic for any reason, your full payment will be transferred as a credit to a future Two Wheel Kids camp or clinic.
Transfer Policy Details

Your credit can be applied to any future Two Wheel Kids camp or clinic.

Credits do not expire unless otherwise stated.

Credits are non-transferable between participants unless approved in writing.

Credits may be used toward camps or clinics of equal or greater value. If the future event costs more, the difference must be paid at the time of booking.
Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us as soon as possible so we can apply your credit.

We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a camp or clinic due to weather, safety concerns, or low enrollment. In these cases, your payment will automatically be transferred to a future session.
Missed Sessions

No-shows or partial attendance are not eligible for refunds.

Missed sessions will still retain their full value as credit for a future camp or clinic.
Gear, Merchandise & Physical Products

Merchandise or physical products (if applicable) are final sale unless damaged or defective upon arrival.

If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can assist.
