At Two Wheel Kids, we’re committed to getting your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Please review our shipping policy below for details on processing times, shipping methods, and other important information.

Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Orders placed after [insert cutoff time, e.g., 12:00 PM CST] will be processed the next business day.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (if available): 2–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high-volume periods.

Shipping Carriers

We ship using trusted carriers such as:

  • USPS

  • UPS

  • FedEx

Carrier selection is based on your location and the size/weight of your order.

Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship within the United States.

  • At this time, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

  • International shipping is not available unless otherwise stated.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Delays & Issues

Two Wheel Kids is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Carrier issues

  • Weather conditions

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

Please double-check your shipping information at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.

  • If your package is lost in transit, contact us and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Address Changes

Once an order has been processed, we may not be able to change the shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you need to make a correction.
